We want to provide our Xeptor customers with the best service possible. It’s our goal to make you a better IT-reseller by offering an unique assortment. You can find this assortment in our user-friendly webshop. It may occur that you have questions about Xeptor, our web shop or about a specific product. That’s why we’re available on business days from 08.30 until 17.30 to answer all your questions.

Hopefully we can answer some of your questions directly without any extra effort. Please check the frequently asked questions of our customers.



The delivery time on our web shop is between 1 or two business days. Orders placed on or before 16.00, will be delivered the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation on the provided e-mail address. In the e-mail you can find a track & trace link of our carrier where you can see the last status of your shipment. You can also check order history on your account. This page shows a complete overview of all (recent) orders, including the status of your latest order. If you click an individual order you will see all order details and track & trace information.



You can make an appointment with your personal account manager to pick up your order at our warehouse.



No, unfortunatly you can’t place private orders at Xeptor. We exclusively supply to IT-hardware resellers on the B2B-market.



Yes, we charge €15,- standard shipping costs. It may occur that you are charged for higher shipping costs on larger orders due to shipment weight and size. Your account manager will inform you timely and accordingly.



No, there are no other extra costs applicable besides the standard shipping costs when ordering online at Xeptor.



Yes, Xeptor offers customers the possibility to order on invoice. We ask customers to place their first order by prepayment. After the first order it’s a possibility to open a credit account at Xeptor. We maintain a standard payment term between 14 and 30 days after invoice. From simple questions about products to help with placing the actual order: your account manager is here to help you. Our employees are trained to provide you with the best solution that will benefit you and your business.

We offer products in new, refurbished and renewed conditions. We’ve matched these conditions to product codes. All our product conditions have the highest quality.
